placements and acquisitions and equity investments. The firm looks
for unique and exceptional domestic and international companies
(privately held) across a wide range of markets.
We provide
expansion capital at various stages of growth to companies with
proven management teams and companies that are developing innovative
solutions or first to establish a unique business model or companies
with competitive advantages.
We believe that our ability to identify unique companies with
tremendous growth potential and unique opportunities and provide the
necessary working capital to help the company establish themselves
in the market place and or continue to expand their already existing
success.
Our company also works with high-potential
management teams that we believe have the vision and capability to
disrupt established markets or create new ones with fresh ideas,
breakthrough innovations and unconventional approaches. By following
this approach, individual accredited investors are able to have a
direct ownership in these companies
Another strategy we have
involves investing in a group of companies in homogeneous industry
groups. This strategy provides high upside potential with lower risk
and benefits from economies of scale, increased visibility on the
market and further synergies for the cluster group. These can
consist of as little as 2 to 10 companies.
We use this
strategy to acquire start-up and existing companies that are
profitable or ones that we feel will have tremendous growth
