For us, a key ingredient within a
company is its people. We look for proven skills and
big dreams. We choose to partner with people who we
respect, admire and share our values. Those who
motivate, stimulate and attract great talent to build
a company with leadership, stamina and a soul.
Our potential partners have businesses that are
scalable on a national or international basis. They
might have only three stores, or a fantastic idea, or
a technology that has yet to launch, but we can see
that there’s tremendous potential for growth. Their
business will meet the needs of an ever-widening
audience, with discipline and consistency, over a long
span of time.
The entrepreneurs behind the
businesses we consider are looking for more than a
quick infusion of cash. They welcome the active
support, expertise and enthusiasm that we bring to our
partners, and understand the commitment of Southcoast
Investment Group, Inc. They believe that everything we
look for in a company is something we demand of
ourselves. |

Southcoast Investment Group
Inc. (SIG) was incorporated in Delaware on April 26, 1999. It is
registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a
broker-dealer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and are a
member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
We specialize in arranging private placements and other
financings for public companies. We also provide other corporate
finance functions, including business consulting, and merger and
acquisition services.
Southcoast Investment Group views the closing of an acquisition
not as an end, but as the beginning of its long-term plans for that
company’s growth. By maintaining a long-term strategic focus,
working closely with management, and utilizing the investment and
consulting skills of its Principals, Southcoast Investment Group has
built a strong reputation for delivering value to its investors and
managing partners.
The investment process we use conforms to strict criteria and
follows a preordained structure. Southcoast has an investment
strategy that is based on several key elements. First,
Southcoast is focused on targeting companies with significant growth
or improvement potential. The companies in which we invest have
seasoned and highly motivated management teams, attractive growth
potential, and a strategy for sustained, long-term profitability.
Our philosophy is to give our management partners the freedom to
execute their business plans, knowing that our strategic and
financial support is available when requested. In addition to
providing capital, SIG’s principals invest their time and resources
to develop an understanding of their partner’s business and
industries. We make every effort to ensure that our advice and input
are productive and valued.
